We, Tesla owners in Ukraine, kindly request the reinstatement of Ukraine on Tesla’s navigation system within the European (EU) region. As Ukraine strengthens its ties with the EU through an Association Agreement and ongoing accession talks, we are increasingly integrated into the European market. Yet, the absence of Ukraine on Tesla's maps limits our access to essential navigation services, while neighboring countries, including Belarus, are mapped.

The electric vehicle market in Ukraine is experiencing significant growth. In 2024, over 20,000 EVs were imported, of which 4,742 were Tesla vehicles, making Tesla the leading brand. Data from Opendatabot shows that the number of EVs in Ukraine has increased by 63% year-on-year, with Tesla’s Model 3 and Model Y being particularly popular.

Moreover, Ukraine has emerged as a hub for the restoration of damaged Teslas from the U.S. Ukrainian engineers successfully revive vehicles previously written off as irreparable. This highlights Ukraine's technical capability and the need for proper infrastructure, including reliable navigation systems, to support these vehicles.

We humbly request:

The inclusion of Ukraine in Tesla’s navigation maps for the EU region.
Access to official navigation software for Ukrainian Tesla owners, eliminating the need for third-party solutions.
As Ukraine continues its integration with the European Union, we believe supporting Tesla owners here will improve user experience and affirm Tesla’s commitment to its growing customer base in Ukraine, which is becoming an important part of the European EV landscape.
