Good afternoon, 

Please find attached a total of 125 verified Class A members of the Resort who support postponing the Special Meeting scheduled later today.  Homeowners are requesting the meeting to be rescheduled in 30 days in order to allow more time to gain information relating to the proposed debt restructuring and to be allowed to vote on the matter.  This is a fair and reasonable request as the original purchase in 2021 also required Class A members to vote on it.

This collection of 125 members represents 23% of Class A members in The Resort.  TAD records show a total of 665 Lots in The Resort, minus 118 owned by Dustin Austin, for a total of 547 lots owned by Class A members.

Each signature collected was individually verified via TAD records to ensure validity.
Only 1 signature per lot was collected.

Please carefully consider our request.  We, the Class A members have the right to be seen, heard and included in a decision of this gravity which will affect Members for years to come.
