The reason for publishing this article is far far greater. To ensure every bedridden receives support which can happen when every medical undergraduate receives adequate knowledge on palliative care medicines.
I sincerely hope and pray that the article should impact the Indian Pharmacology Authors to include this important topics in Pharmacology Text Books. We work and write for bringing the much needed change for greater good. A dream of a country or a state where every bedridden patient is addressed adequately and sensitively and lives a dignified life free of pain and families in our villages feel supported by the Governments. The article is just a small effort to a great begining for our country where we dream every undergraduate medical student is trained in palliative care pharmacology and has desired skills of offering a pain free life to the bedridden.
Let's join hands for circulating this petition that has been started for this change addressed to NMC to add palliative care pharmacology as a competency in undergraduate curriculum. Your support will go a long way for the bedridden. Once again, we request to please circulate this petition further to friends n family and sign the petition in public interest.
Jai Hind. 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
