On September 4, 2026, Paul Roberts, a 63-year-old UPS employee, was tragically killed near the UPS Earth City facility on Rider Trail North. Paul dedicated 44 years of his life to UPS and was only days away from his planned retirement.

We are asking St. Louis County and the appropriate authorities to consider permanently honoring Paul by designating an appropriate portion of Rider Trail North as “Paul Roberts Memorial Way.”

If a street designation is not possible, we ask that another permanent memorial be considered, such as a commemorative sign, plaque, memorial area, or other lasting tribute.

This petition is about honoring Paul’s life, his 44 years of service, and the legacy he leaves behind. It does not seek to prejudge or interfere with the ongoing investigation into his death.
