CA OHV is expected to make a decision in the next several days on whether to fund the Prairie City MX Track Expansion in the current budget. If not funded now, the MX Track Expansion will not happen in 2026.  

Please email                  ohvinfo@parks.ca.gov                    and put OHV FUNDING in the email subject line.  In the body of the email, please request that CA OHV allocate funds NOW to EXPAND THE PRAIRIE CITY MX TRACK.   Provide any reasoning that makes sense to you such as hundreds of people use the MX track every month, it is the most heavily used portion of the PRAIRIE CITY SVRA, track would be safer if it were longer.  Thank you.
