Prairie City SVRA just released the Responses to Public Comments on the Draft Road & Trail Mgmt Plan update.   To access the Comments document, go to PC SVRA website, click on Road & Trail Mgmnt Plan on the right side, then click on Responses To Comments about 3 rows down.  There were numerous comments but the biggest categories were :

Expand MX Practice Track - about 35 supporting comments 

Designate separate ride areas for dirt bikes vs 4 wheeled vehicles - about 10 comments

Allow overnight camping - about 15 comments

Motorized use vs expand mtn biking & hiking - many comments on both sides

Next step is finalizing the Road & Trail Mgmnt Plan and final draft of the EIR.  That will likely be in several months, should allow more public comments, and may offer sequence and timing of changes to be implemented.
