To the Management and Exec Members of the Cove Rock Home Owners Association,

We, the undersigned residents and homeowners of Cove Rock, respectfully petition the Association to allow Picchi-Pacchi Food Services to continue operating within the estate.

Picchi-Pacchi Food Services provides an essential and highly valued service to the residents of Cove Rock by offering affordable, healthy, balanced, and freshly prepared meals tailored to the needs of our community, especially our senior residents who may not always be able to cook daily meals for themselves.

The service operates exclusively for Cove Rock homeowners and residents on a pre-order basis and does not function as a public business. Meals are prepared from home and delivered only within the estate. Importantly:

There is no influx of outside customers or visitors entering the estate.
The service is strictly for in-house residents only.
No additional security risk is created through public access or increased traffic.
Many residents rely on this convenient and community-focused service for daily meals and wellbeing.

Furthermore, we believe it would be unfair and inconsistent to prohibit Picchi-Pacchi Food Services while other home-based industries and services are permitted within the estate, including:

• Cake baking
• Soap making
• Candle making
• Supply of fresh meats
• and vegetables
•  

In addition, advertisements are regularly posted on community groups by outside caterers and delivery businesses entering Cove Rock to provide goods and services. This arguably presents a greater security concern than a private in-estate chef service operating solely for residents.

We therefore respectfully request that the Home Owners Association:

Allow Picchi-Pacchi Food Services to continue operating within Cove Rock.
Recognize the value and benefit the service provides to the community.
Apply estate rules consistently and fairly across all home-based industries and resident services.
This service supports convenience, community wellbeing, and especially the care of our senior residents, while maintaining the security standards of the estate.

We trust the Association will consider this request fairly and in the best interest of the Cove Rock community.
