To elaborate what is being petitioned for: 

Police report/CPS report states the child was on the perpetrators lap while explicit videos were being watched. The child remembers this starting at 5 years old. This eventually escalated into the child’s private parts being excessively “washed” while the perpetrator would moan. The child stated in the report, “all I know is ** wasn’t washing me.” This continued until about the age of 9.
