We as the Taco Mama, Athens FOH staff find ourselves unaware of our weekend shifts until Tuesday or Wednesday of the same week. This last-minute notification leaves us scrambling to adjust our personal schedules, leading to stress and complications. Many of us feel it is unfair to strictly request staff to put in requests two weeks out while having the schedule posted two days or less in advance. 

Having the schedule posted at least a week in advance would improve our work-life balance tremendously. By knowing our schedules earlier, we can better manage our personal commitments, reduce stress levels, and perform our jobs more effectively. It's a simple change that can lead to significant improvement in employee satisfaction and productivity. 

Other workplaces similar to ours have adopted an advance scheduling policy, and they have seen marked improvements in staff morale and overall efficiency. By implementing this new scheduling protocol, Taco Mama Athens would signal respect and consideration for its employees’ time, fostering a positive operational environment.
