I believe that the officiating in games 6 and 7 of the playoff series between Tampa Bay and Toronto Maple Leafs was bias and one sided.  Not fair at all.  There were many obvious calls that were not called against Tampa Bay.   We were denied a goal and penalized to send Tampa on a power play to score.  There were many five on three advantages for Tampa Bay.  Many missed calls that we could all see at home watching the game, along with many bad calls.   It was so frustrating to watch the injustice.  I am not complaining as a fan only, but I believe in fairness and opportunity for all.  I know I am not alone and share my frustration with all the TML fans.  The fans at the game were chanting "refs you suck".  The leafs seem to be a team that is not treated equal and fair by the referees.  The referees decided game 6 and 7 for the Toronto Maple Leafs.  We are asking for fairness and equality and the same opportunity as all of the other franchise teams. Many media stories were pointed out the horrendous officiating and missed and one sided calls.   I am creating this petition to ask for an internal review on games 6 and 7.  I am asking for something to be done or changes in the league in the future that the referees do not decide the fate of games and to call all or nothing on both sides.  Referees should not be able to abuse their power without consequences.  TML fans paid some of the highest prices of playoff tickets in the league to watch a game that appeared to be rigged by the referees.  I am sure that I speak for all of the fans that would like to see a higher power investigate and have the officials of those games explain themselves at minimum. We would like to see the NHL make changes to officiating.
