I am writing this petition to bring attention to the deeply troubling situation I am currently facing in my child custody case under the jurisdiction of Judge Sweeney-Reeder. As a parent, I am deeply concerned about the irreversible emotional and psychological harm being inflicted upon my child due to the court's inaction.

Despite presenting a multitude of evidence, filing motions, and making constant pleas for intervention, Judge Sweeney-Reeder has persistently refused to enforce her own court orders. My son is being subjected to parental alienation by his father, who has consistently withheld visitation rights and engaged in psychological manipulation tactics. This form of psychological abuse is causing long-term damage to my son's emotional well-being, and unless immediate action is taken, the effects could be devastating.

Alarmingly, Judge Sweeney-Reeder has not only ignored these urgent issues but has also supported the alienator and the abuser. Expedited procedures have been blatantly violated, further delaying justice and amplifying the emotional distress of my child. Furthermore, a corrupt Guardian ad Litem (GAL) has been appointed, casting more doubt on the fairness and integrity of this legal process.

In light of these circumstances, I am urgently requesting that Judge Sweeney-Reeder recuse herself from my child custody case. Her inability to impartially administer justice and protect my child from harm disqualifies her from continuing to oversee this case. Children should not have to suffer due to the negligence or biases of the judicial system.

Parental alienation is a grave concern that affects countless families across the nation. The court's failure to act not only undermines the well-being of affected children but also sets a dangerous precedent that allows abusers to manipulate the system at the expense of the innocent.
