Dear Petition Signers,

First, I want to thank you for your support. In a single day, we achieved more than 1,000 petition signers including employees, neighbors, Pacem guests and supporters locally, statewide, and nationally. We also received strong, supportive comments from at least 57 individuals about what the peace and quiet of Pacem in Terris Hermitage Retreat Center has meant to them for their mental health and well-being, and their spiritual life.

In the spirit of transparency, I want to let everyone know that Change.org's request for donations is coming from them for their own services, operations and promotion. None of the monies donated are coming to Pacem in Terris. Please just be aware of that. We engaged the services of Change.org for the purposes of the petition only.
