An update we received today from HAA Executive Director Sarah Karmon on the Phase 1 roll-out of the new alumni email forwarding system to the Classes of 2021, 2022 and 2023, which will go live tomorrow, August 24! Excited to see this actually happening! The sample email they sent to recent grads has instructions for setting up their email forwarding. Check out the HAA Email FAQ for some more details:

"Hi All,

I’m pleased to share that starting tomorrow, we will begin offering alumni email forwarding to the University-wide classes of 2021, 2022, and 2023. They will be able to set up their own @alumni.harvard.edu email forwarding addresses through their Alumni Directory profiles. Email outreach, starting with the Class of 2021, will begin tomorrow morning, and we have also updated the email forwarding FAQ on our website. If you’re interested in reading the messages these classes will receive, I’ve attached them here.  

When we have confirmed timing, we plan to update existing email forwarding users with a timeline for the migration of their email forwarding addresses to our new and enhanced email forwarding platform. I’ll make sure to update all of you as soon as this information is in hand.
