An update we received from HAA Executive Director Sarah Karmon on this summer’s Phase 1 roll-out of the new alumni email forwarding system, which is exciting news! Check out the HAA Email FAQ for some more details:

“As we discussed in our last meeting, the first group, degree-holding alumni in the Classes of 2021, 2022, and 2023, will get access to our new email forwarding service this summer. The start date for that has been confirmed and access will be available through their HAA Alumni Directory profile beginning August 24, 2023. We are planning to share this update directly with these classes later this week.

As a reminder, the Classes of 2021 and 2022 never had the chance to set up email forwarding, which is why we decided to offer this service to them before other alumni. We also choose to include the Class of 2023 at this stage.
Starting in the late fall, we anticipate alumni who have existing email forwarding addresses will be migrated into our new email forwarding service. Exact dates and next steps for this process are still being finalized. Once we have more information, we plan to reach out to existing users later this summer.

I encourage you to use it as a resource if you receive any questions about current or next steps. Many thanks again for your partnership.
