Dear Lebanese International University Administration,

We hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to express the concerns of almost all MBA students, including myself, regarding the recently announced change in the timing of the upcoming exams from 6:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

While we understand that scheduling changes can sometimes be necessary, the new timing poses a significant challenge for many students who have daytime commitments, such as part-time and full-time jobs, and other responsibilities. As dedicated students, we are committed to performing well in our exams and maintaining a balance between our academic and professional lives. The sudden shift to an earlier time conflicts unexpectedly with the schedules of those of us who work during the day.

We understand the complexity of scheduling and appreciate the efforts made by the administration to ensure the smooth functioning of the academic calendar. However, we believe that a slight modification to the exam timing would greatly benefit a substantial portion of the student population.
