Respected Sir/Madam,

We, the undersigned students of affiliated colleges under MRSPTU, respectfully request reconsideration of the current reappear examination fee structure.

At present, students are required to pay approximately ₹2000 as reappear fee even if they fail in only one subject. This creates a significant financial burden on many students, especially those from economically weaker backgrounds.

We respectfully submit that charging nearly the same amount from a student having one reappear and from another having multiple reappears appears unfair and difficult for students to manage.

Recently, other universities such as IKGPTU have reduced similar examination-related fees, which has given relief to students. We humbly request MRSPTU administration to kindly consider:

- reducing reappear examination fees,

- introducing per-subject reasonable fee structure,

- or providing fee relaxation for economically weaker students.

This step would greatly help students continue their education without excessive financial stress.

We hope the university administration will sympathetically consider this genuine student concern.
