Request for Presidential Action on Church Persecution of Apostle Taylor, Brannon, KOGGC
The Issue
Heartfelt Appeal for Presidential Assistance and Dismissal of Charges Against the Kingdom of God Global Church’s Founder Apostle David E. Taylor and Executive Michelle Brannon
Dear President Trump,
Warm greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We, the members and supporters of the Kingdom of God Global Church, come before you with deep respect, gratitude, and hope. We honor you, President Trump, for your steadfast service to this great nation, your unwavering patriotism, and your bold stance, defense, and protection of Christianity and its freedom, and the best interest of the American people. You have stood courageously for what is right and true, and we honor your strength and dedication to the values that are making our nation great again.
Today, we humbly and urgently ask for your help regarding a matter of great concern to our ministry and to the countless lives affected by our mission work. The Kingdom of God Global Church, a Christian ministry that has reached over 4.5 billion households worldwide and ministered to millions across the United States, is facing legal actions that we believe are unjust and unconstitutional. Our church’s resources and funds that effect our ability to do outreach mission work have been taken unlawfully, our rights have been violated, our Pastors incarcerated, our churches and parsonages desecrated, and our volunteer missionaries, who have devoted their lives and servitude to Jesus Christ, have been harmed when the FBI raided 7 of our church properties and put over 70 missionaries in handcuffs for hours during this whole process.
We respectfully and prayerfully ask for your intervention, Mr. President, to review this case and to assist in the dismissal of the charges against our Pastor David E. Taylor, and his assistant, Michelle Brannon, as well as the Kingdom of God Global Church. We ask that our constitutional rights—particularly the right to freely practice our faith—be protected and upheld under your leadership.
For many years, Pastor Taylor has earnestly prayed for you and your family Mr. President. He supported your presidency, donated $10,000 towards your campaign, and has honored you from his pulpit. This ministry has also supported and stood alongside the American people in times of need:
• Every year Crusades Against Cancer are held and millions of people have experienced and received the healing miracle ministry of Jesus Christ.
• The Convoy of Miracles, our 18-wheeler ministry trucks, have travelled across America to support and provide disaster aid and relief in response to Hurricane Beryl in Houston, the tornadoes in Kentucky, hurricanes in Florida, and much more, for many years.
• During Thanksgiving and Christmas, The Convoy of Miracles also feeds the poor, less fortunate, widows, and victims of homicide, as well as providing toys and gifts to children during the holidays in American cities.
• Apostle David E. Taylor and The Kingdom of God Global Church has also partnered with local law enforcement, firefighters, and even FBI agents in community outreaches, demonstrating unity, compassion, and faith in action.
Our mission has always been to serve, uplift, and bring the good news of the Gospel and its healing to our nation through the love of God. We are not a threat to America. We are a church that loves America, prays for all of our government leaders, and works tirelessly to bring light and hope to her people.
Enclosed with this letter is a list of signatures from members, supporters, fellow Pastors, and concerned citizens who stand in full unity and faith in this request. We believe that under your leadership and with your compassion for the people, justice and truth will prevail.
Thank you, President Trump, for your time, your courage, and your faithfulness to God and continued service to this country. We continue to pray for you daily. May the Lord bless you with wisdom, strength, and divine protection as you continue to lead this great nation with boldness and faith.
With deep appreciation and gratitude,
Respectfully Submitted,
