REQUEST FOR LEASE RENEWAL AND A SECOND CHANCE
TO: Avon Park Housing Authority
RE: Trent Lampkin – Request for Lease Renewal and Reconsideration

Dear Members of the Avon Park Housing Authority,

We, the undersigned residents, friends, neighbors, and community supporters, respectfully submit this petition requesting that the Avon Park Housing Authority reconsider its decision regarding the lease of Mr. Trent Lampkin and grant him the opportunity to renew his lease.

We understand and respect the importance of housing regulations, policies, and tenant responsibilities. However, we also believe that compassion, understanding, and fairness should be considered when making decisions that have such a significant impact on someone's life.

We respectfully ask that Mr. Lampkin be given another chance. Everyone deserves an opportunity to learn from life's challenges, make improvements, and move forward. We believe that a person's circumstances should be considered with understanding and that the opportunity for a fresh start can make a meaningful difference.

Losing one's home can create significant emotional and financial hardship. Stable housing provides security, dignity, and peace of mind. We sincerely hope the Housing Authority will recognize the importance of allowing Mr. Lampkin the opportunity to maintain that stability.

We are coming together as a community to let our voices be heard. Our message is simple: We stand with Trent Lampkin, and we are asking you to give him another chance.

We respectfully request that the Avon Park Housing Authority:

Reconsider Mr. Lampkin's current lease situation.
Grant him the opportunity to renew his lease.
Consider any reasonable conditions or agreements necessary to support a successful renewal.
If renewal of his current unit is not possible, consider transferring him to a smaller or more suitable available unit.
We are not asking that policies be disregarded. We are asking that compassion and individual circumstances be given thoughtful consideration.

Please consider the impact this decision will have on Mr. Lampkin and the importance of giving him an opportunity to move forward with stability and dignity.
