Subject: Request for Fair Fare Adjustments and Reduced Charges for Drivers

We, the drivers working with inDrive, would like to respectfully raise our concerns regarding the current fare system and commission charges on the platform.

While we appreciate the opportunity inDrive provides for us to earn a living, many drivers are struggling because the fares offered by passengers are extremely low, while the company charges and operational costs remain high. Fuel prices, vehicle maintenance, servicing, insurance, and daily living expenses continue to increase, making it difficult for drivers to sustain a reasonable income.

Our main concerns are:

Passenger fares are often too low to cover operating costs.

Driver commissions and service charges are too high compared to earnings.

Drivers are forced to work longer hours just to make enough money.

Low fares affect service quality and driver motivation.

We kindly request that inDrive management consider the following:

Introduce a fair minimum fare system.

Reduce commission percentages charged to drivers.

Review pricing according to fuel and maintenance costs.

Engage drivers regularly when making pricing decisions.

Provide better support and protection for drivers’ earnings.

We believe that fair pricing will benefit both drivers and passengers by improving service quality, driver satisfaction, and long-term platform sustainability.

We respectfully ask management to review these concerns and work together with drivers toward a fair and balanced solution.
