My son has been missing for four agonizing years, and every day feels like a living nightmare for me, his family, and friends. I am writing this petition to urge the Vernon Parish Sheriff's Department to request the assistance of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in my son, Bradley Chace Stracener's case, missing since October 30, 2019

As a concerned parent, I understand that local law enforcement agencies often face limited resources and manpower constraints. However, it is disheartening that despite their best efforts, they have been unable to solve my son's case. The time has come for us to seek help from a more highly qualified agency with unlimited resources like the FBI.

Their specialized knowledge, advanced technology, and extensive network can significantly enhance the chances of finding crucial leads or evidence that could bring us closer to locating my son.

According to statistics provided by the National Crime Information Center (NCIC), there were approximately 87,500 active missing persons cases in the United States as of December 31st, 2020. Sadly, many families continue to suffer due to unresolved disappearances. By requesting FBI assistance in my son's case, we are not only seeking justice for him but also contributing towards improving overall missing persons investigations nationwide.

It is important to note that requesting FBI involvement does not reflect negatively on our local sheriff's department; rather it demonstrates their commitment towards exhausting all available options in finding my son. Collaboration between local law enforcement agencies and federal authorities has proven successful countless times before.
