I've been an avid Coldplay fan for nearly eight years, a connection shaped by their music's poetic insights and moving melodies. However, the joy turned to disappointment for me and many other real fans in India when, after an eight-year hiatus, tickets for the much-anticipated concert in Mumbai were resold at exorbitant prices. Despite our love and dedication to the band, we were barred from the opportunity to attend this concert due to the scalping of the tickets by unauthorized resellers.

In light of this, this petition aims to implore both BookMyShow and the Coldplay Management to intervene in the matter. We demand that they invalidate and reject all resold tickets for Coldplay's Mumbai concert or any future events, paving the way for genuine fans to access tickets at their original cost.

Furthermore, with the rampant misuse of ticket resale plaguing the Indian entertainment scene, shifting the booking and management to a different platform could ensure transparency and fairness to fans, therefore eliminating unauthorized scalping.

We the fans deserve the right to enjoy Coldplay's music live and without having to pay inflated prices. Our loyalty and adoration should empower us, not place us at the mercy of scalpers.
