Hello everyone,
Thank you to everyone who signed and supported the petition requesting a state review of documented constitutional concerns in Vicksburg, Mississippi. The petition has now been formally submitted to the Mississippi Attorney General and Mississippi State Auditor for review consideration.
As of submission, the petition received 67 public signatures. Whether you signed, shared, or simply followed the public record, your participation helped preserve a documented civic record of concern and oversight requests.
The purpose of this petition was never to seek predetermined conclusions or accusations. Its purpose was to respectfully request transparency, lawful review, and accountability through constitutional process.
In a small town, people sometimes feel like their voices disappear quietly over time. This petition showed that people were willing to stand together peacefully, respectfully, and publicly for constitutional protections and open accountability. No matter what happens next, the record now exists and it exists because ordinary people chose to speak up.
Thank you again for your support, your courage, and your belief that public records and constitutional rights still matter.
Respectfully,
Kristofer Kelley
