Request a new season for 'Go For It Nakamura-kun'
The Issue
As a fan deeply moved by the beautiful storytelling of the anime "Ganbare Nakamura-kun" or "Go For It Nakamura-kun," I am reaching out to express my request for a Season 2 or Volume 3 of this incredible series/manga. This story, crafted by the talented Syundei-sensei, tells an expressive narrative that resonates with teens and young people, especially those who identify with or are allies of the LGBTQ+ community.
"Ganbare Nakamura-kun" is not just an anime. It's a reflection of the many journeys that many young people navigate as they come to understand and embrace their identities. Nakamura's struggles and triumphs in the series mirror those of many individuals who find courage and inspiration in seeing their stories represented on screen. For many, Nakamura's journey isn't just a story; it’s a companion during moments of self-discovery and acceptance.
In asking for a new season, we are also extending our support and appreciation towards Syundei-sensei. We want to communicate just how crucial their work is in promoting understanding and inclusivity, and how eagerly we await her return whenever they feels prepared. They deserve happiness after the all the backlash and they should comeback after finding them motivation again, remembering what motivated them to be a mangaka.
Creating more stories like this continues to offer a platform for voices that too often go unheard. By bringing Nakamura-kun back, the series can continue to challenge stereotypes. All while resonating with its audience's never-ending desire for authentic stories.
Join me in this movement to request more from a series that connected with many lives. Let’s show Syundei-sensei that there is a loving community ready to read their next work and that we stand by them, no matter the difficulties or challenges they may have
Please sign this petition to help make Season 2 or Volume 3 of "Go For It Nakamura-kun" a reality, and to show support for the creator behind it.
