Despite having paid 100% of the fees, there are no homes in sight—only threats of file cancellation and shocking demands for lakhs in illegal ‘development charges.’

The Evidence of State Land Grab & Illegal Allotments:

Our claims are backed by documented facts. According to investigative reports by Dawn News, nearly 1,500 acres of land in Karachi, including around 1,150 acres of state land, have been illegally occupied and sold. Specifically:

• NAB Investigation: On Oct 11, 2023, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) officially wrote to DC West regarding the "illegal sale/allotment of government land."

• The GFS Connection: Investigative findings reveal that 82 acres on NA Class numbers 284–294 were illegally allotted to GFS. It is further alleged that Survey Numbers 363 to 367 (North Town Residency-Phase 2) were carved out of this suspicious land.

Retaliation and Censorship:

When we attempted to expose these illegal constructions on unapproved land, we faced severe retaliation. GFS Builders and their associates used false Meta strikes to silence our digital platforms, attempting to hide the truth from the public. Law enforcement often turns a blind eye, leaving affected families with no recourse.

Our Urgent Demands to CJP and COAS:

Therefore, I urgently call upon the Chief Justice of Pakistan and the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) to:

1. Form a High-Level Judicial Commission to investigate the illegal conversion of state land (NA Class 294) and the fraudulent practices of GFS Builders.

2. Order a Forensic Audit of all development charges demanded by builders to ensure they are not being used as a tool for extortion.

3. Provide Protection for Overseas Pakistanis and local investors from illegal file cancellations.
