Launch a national write-in campaign for Mitt Romney for President of the United States.

The Issue

Over the next few weeks every American citizen has the right to cast their vote for the President of the United States. All polls are showing that most Americans believe that Donald Trump, the nominee of the Republican Party, is for numerous reasons unfit to hold this high office. Likewise, these same polls show that most Americans believe that the Democratic Party nominee, Hilary Clinton, is also unfit for numerous reasons to serve as President of the United States of America.

Therefore for the future good of the people of the United States of America it is necessary for the Republican National Committee to launch a national write-in campaign for Mitt Romney as the President of the United States of America.

At this late date there is no candidate other than former Governor Mitt Romney who has the name recognition, campaign experience, known personal values, and proven executive qualifications with a reasonable chance of winning enough votes to be elected President by way of such a dramatic and historically significant campaign.

Only if the Republican National Committee (RNC) launches an immediate national write-in campaign for Mitt Romney as President does the Republican Party have a hope of keeping Donald Trump or Hilary Clinton from being elected President. By the RNC supporting Mitt Romney and seeking and securing Governor Romney's endorsement from as many elected House and Senate Republicans, sitting Republican Governors, and 2016 Republican Party Candidates the American people will see in action the real values of the Republican Party.

With a national write-in campaign for Mitt Romney for President members of the Republican Party, independent voters, uncommitted voters, members of conscience within the Democratic Party and other third party's will find a good, "not perfect", but good person for whom they can write-in as their choice for President of the United States.

Consider the the apology of Yvonne Abraham, columnist for the Boston Globe in her column of July 20, 2016 for her criticism of Mitt Romney's 2012 presidential candidacy. In her column she reminded readers of words from Governor Romney's convention speech when he said, "We are a good and generous people who are united by so much more than what divides us,” Ms. Abraham then wrote, "So quaint! Yes, you criticized the president, but you did it in a way that kept dignity — yours and his — intact. You took him down for not knowing enough about business — not for being a secret Muslim or an ISIS sympathizer or a criminal. And you actually laid out specific policy proposals. Bless your earnest heart!"

All Americans need at least one choice in 2016 for the office of the President of the United States that has an "earnest heart." Only the Republican National Committee and the Republican Party at this late date can harness the power of social media and still offer Americans such a choice.

Please RNC, launch a national write-in campaign supporting Mitt Romney for President of the United States of America.
