The Republican Party needs to nominate a viable candidate who can win the general election
The Issue
The RNC needs a "NO LOSER RULE" to prevent candidates who will not win in the general election from being nominated.
As such, Rule 40(b) needs a final sentence as follows: "However, notwithstanding the foregoing, no candidate with an average disapproval rating of greater than 60% in the last five national polls performed by major polling organizations shall be eligible for nomination."
