I am an ordinary citizen who endured a heartbreaking event. Our loving service dog was cruelly killed, my son and family were threatened with their lives, yet consumed by the immense pain our family has been forced to bear, we were met by powerful forces that have yet to deliver justice.

Our story starts with a horrifying incident in which our loved and valued service dog was killed. Compounding this tragedy, my family and I were threatened with death, introducing a level of fear and trauma that no family should experience. What exacerbates this tale of terror is the unbelievable actions of the District Attorney's office, specifically Vietnam Nguyen, in handling our case.

Despite having clear evidence - an authentic video confession of the offender and numerous eyewitness testimonies, including my own, the District Attorney obstructed my opportunity to testify and blatantly disregarded any semblance of justice that was meant for my family and I - he went to the extreme of dismissing the charges and closing the case.

We think that our case, evidenced with precise facts and corroborating witnesses, portrays an immense failure in the justice system under Nguyen's supervision. This isn't only about a single case; it's about setting a precedent that such abhorrent disregard for justice and corruption in the District Attorney's office will not be tolerated any longer.

We call upon the relevant authorities to review and appeal our case. Moreover, we demand a thorough and impartial investigation into the incumbent District Attorney, Vietnam Nguyen, for his direct involvement in what we perceive to be a grave mishandling of our case, bordering on corruption.
