I am writing this petition to bring your immediate attention to a serious issue on Discord that has affected not just me, but the safety of numerous other users.

My Discord account was unjustly banned because a user, who goes by the name 'ro1and.' and is also known as Diego/Jesse, falsely reported me. He took great joy in seeing my account banned and even shared a screenshot of his report as if it were a trophy. This same individual has a history of false reports, systematically targeting others for what seems like his own amusement.

What’s more disturbing is that 'ro1and' regularly sends explicit content on a server frequented by teenagers, disregarding their age and the inappropriate nature of his actions. I too have shared content with him, but only in private messages and since both of us are over 18, it was never meant to harm or expose minors. In stark contrast, 'ro1and' knowingly floods public channels with offensive material meant to shock and disturb younger users.

Given the nature of these actions, it is imperative that Discord reviews this user's account. We need stringent enforcement of community guidelines to protect young users and ensure the platform remains a safe space for everyone.

I urge Discord to investigate this matter thoroughly. Please join me in asking Discord to take swift action against 'ro1and' by reporting his inappropriate behavior and banning his account. Protecting minors and maintaining a healthy environment on Discord is our collective responsibility.
