I have lived in High Ridge Village since APR 2021.  Joined Board in JAN 2025 with goal of improving community and transparency.  Village Services is failing us and needs to be replaced.

1) Poor Communication

2) Lack of Transparency

3) Decisions without Authority

4) Meetings without Proper Notice

5) Favoritism / Selective Enforcement (50+ violation letters sent without photos & without Board Votes over 4th of July weekend)

6) Outdated Forms & Letters

7) Poorly Maintained HOA website highridgevillage.org

8) Missing Calendars, Agendas, Minutes, Officers, Committees, Contracts, Invoices, Budgets, Financials, & Other Items

9) Not following or enforcing HOA rules, Community Standards, & Florida Statutes

10) Censorship; Restricting Access; Blocking Emails & Posts

Bottomline, we deserve better!
