This problem especially affects the Students, Workers, or the Commuters in general, as when the rush hour comes, it seems as if the road had become a parking already.

I believe that the Enforcers are both having a hard time in the heat, and doing a bad job in general. Using Traffic Lights would be much more efficient and safer for the drivers and pedestrians as it gives them appropriate time for their turn in the road.

The stress from this situation has greatly impacted the citizens. In my personal experience, the travel from UPHSD to South Station took me an hour, which is incredibly long and unusual. So let's get this petition noticed and put into action.
