Did you hear the horns blaring repeatedly today from the unnecessary Neptune City horn? Startling noise makes our town less safe. All this noise really does, is show us that the horn is not effective. Repeated horns, like those experienced today in town, signify a serious failure in communication that can mean life or death for members of the community. 

Quick Fact: Did you know that the majority of observed horn noise in town, when compared with the most recent records from town and county, did not relate to true emergency calls on record? Why use it at all? Share this petition with a member of the community as we stand in unity to demand an end to noise pollution in our otherwise peaceful Neptune City.

The horn is bad for our health. Ongoing use of the Neptune City horn must be stopped in response to this community action immediately. This is already the largest collective action in town history to stop the use of the harmful town horn once and for all.
