As an ardent supporter of Leicester City Football Club who unfortunately suffers from sports induced narcolepsy, I have watched with growing distress as our beloved football team has been led into a downward spiral by the King Power board and Steve Cooper. The lacklustre performances and poor management have resulted in matches that are not only dull, but cause me to collapse unconscious without warning.

The motto of a club should embody the spirit of the game and the ethos of its management. The current one doesn't fit with the present leadership of our club which is steering it away from the triumph and passion we once knew. This is not the Leicester City we love and celebrate, it’s a shadow of what we used to be.

Hence, I propose to change our motto to "When the fun stops, stop". This is a stark reminder that football is meant to be enjoyed by everyone, players and fans alike. It is a wake-up call for our management team - if they are no longer able to provide us with the thrill and excitement that got us hooked on this great club, they should step aside.

Lastly, clarity of accountability is important in football management. Steve Cooper has proven he couldn't manage a pair of squabbling toddlers, leave alone our squad who have shown they are capable of greatness. His tenure saw us lose key matches, dropping to unfavourable positions in the standing. It's time we reclaim our vibrant legacy.
