Please add more people to sign this or else the no phone school laws became permanent. 

We can't change most other ways because

1. We cannot vote , become governor nor can we become other positions in U.S.  offices.
2.  We cannot sue because we are not 18+
3. We cannot just beg and persuade the governor to change mind.
4. We must have enough people in order to make the governor to change laws and her mind about children and teenagers.
