Senate Bill S784B Chapter 527 of Laws of 2021- Exhaust equipment violations and fines went into affect April 1 2022.  

It is forcing the electric car initiative while claiming it is for all other reasons and threatens businesses and tax paying voters with heavy financial fines.

We have problems with our roads that damages our vehicles, yet refuse to pay when filing a claim, and now trying to take more money from us.  THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT OUR WELL BEING. 

Sign the petition and make sure to vote against Gov. Kathy Hochul come next election till this law is replealed!
