Dear taxpaying citizens,

Your tax dollars are being misappropriated and you are being scammed out of valuable land and human resources. 

Please share this petition and help stop the corruption that is contributing directly to the homeless crisis in America.

The “old homeless” of the 1950s were mainly old men living in cheap hotels on skid rows. The new homeless were much younger, more likely to be minority group members, suffering from greater poverty, and with access to poorer sleeping quarters. And most recently the number of women and families has increased significantly pointing directly to those factors affecting every member of the community the most; lack of affordable housing in overly-gentrified areas with fraudulent dog parks.

Where there are dog parks there are more homeless people due to the lack of affordable housing and access to basic needs for families. 

It's not just a shame it's a crime against humanity and must be stopped.

Please sign the petition to repeal the dog park programs nationwide and bring those orchestrating this fraud to justice.
