Six years years ago there was a repaving done of Sunset Drive and East Old Post Road in Smith's Cove, Digby County. This was fine, the road was great but the next year many of the residents/taxpayers were able to hook on to the septic line being put through East Old Post Road and Sunset Drive which damaged the once good paving job.

Since then the two roads have received patchwork paving which has left both roads in ill repair. Many cracks in the pavement, ruts, mud surfacing through the pavement, grass growing up through, and the erosion of a culvert are just a few of our concerns.

What we are asking is these two roads: East Old Post Road and Sunset Drive located in Smith's Cove, NS be properly repaved.
