Living in Parkview St. John Condominiums in Gentilly, New Orleans should be a pleasure, not a constant worry. Unfortunately, the broken sewer drain under our residence has turned it into a nightmare. I am a resident here, and I have faced the distressing experience of sewage backflow into my own condominium. This is not just an inconvenience; it is a serious sanitary issue.

We pay condominium fees, expecting our building to be in optimal condition. The sewer system is a critical infrastructure and video inspections found a broken drain pipe under the slab. Despite this, the broken sewer drain remains unaddressed by the board, escalating the risk of property damage.
