Minnesota voters just rejected a constitutional amendment that would have banned the freedom to marry for LGBT couples. Now we want to be very clear that the State Statute that defines marriage in Minnesota as one man and one woman must be changed to legalize marriage equality for LGBT couples. This must be done in the 2013 Session. No more waiting.
