Carla Cunningham has repeatedly voted against the interests of her community:

• Voted to override the veto of SB 266, siding with Republicans to raise energy bills on North Carolinians.
• Cast the deciding vote to override the veto of HB 318, a bill rooted in anti-immigrant sentiment—and defended it by saying "all cultures are not equal." Without her vote, HB 318 would not be law.
• Voted to override the veto of HB 402, making it harder to regulate environmental contaminants and protect our health and water.
