20 August 2025, 530AM - Two other attempts to contact Councilor Terence Tan Teck Seng:

1. We have composed a letter directly for Councilor Terence Tan and sent it to his official MBPJ email as well as to his terencetts@gmail.com email. 
2. We contacted Councilor Terence Tan Teck Seng (H/P: 016-6341910) and his assistant  Encik Sugumaran A/L Perumal (H/P: 016-3979101) on their WhatsApp accounts.

Councilor Terence Tan has been cc-ed on every communication of this matter however hasn't replied.

We hope to update soon with at least an acknowledgment receipt of our contact.

Councillor Terence Tan writes back - contact established.

His response in just over an hour of our initial contact, at 6:48am on 20 August 2025 is 'Will digest these issues accordingly...'
