Given the aduan@mbpj.gov.my referral to this current issue as a previous case for which action has been taken, we have filed an official complaint to the enforcement department on 15 August 2025.

The previous issue was reportd on 31 July 2023. It was met with a 'Kes Jangka Masa Panjang' response and on 20 Dec 2023, we received an 'Aduan Selesai' notice stating, 'Nota Penyelesaian : SURAT PEMBERITAHUAN TELAH DIKELUARKAN.' 

Since then, a second property has built over this public space as well, amounting to a total of three properties having closed out completely for their private use one end of our emergency passage.
