In July 2024, the Xbox 360 marketplace was shut down. While I don’t fully understand Microsoft’s decision, I am a bit concerned. After reading about how some people mod their consoles (at the risk of getting in trouble or worse), it raises a concern that others might consider taking that drastic measure. While I understand that game preservation is important, tampering with a console is not the answer. And what’s worse is that some people are using stealth servers when they mod their 360s. It will also make things difficult for users who are just buying a 360 for the first time. I would deeply appreciate it if everyone would take the time to sign this petition. Thank you for your time.
