I'm going to declare this a victory. The Trail Center is open - sort of. Any group with insurance can gain access to the building - requesting a permit 2 weeks in advance of the event. The building is available the bathroom is working the facility is ready to go. However, there is need for a second petition, which I will post later tonight or tomorrow. So for now, appreciate our first petition accomplishment - what we accomplished so far.
