Reopen the Morningstar Ridgeview Pool
The Issue
Ridgeview Pool has been closed since April 25, 2026.
Our petition has one goal:
MorningStar HOA should obtain a new, safety assessment determining whether Ridgeview Pool is safe to use. If it is found safe, reopen the pool for the remainder of 2026.
We are not asking the HOA to reopen an unsafe facility.
We are simply asking for a clear, current answer:
Is Ridgeview Pool safe to use?
If yes, reopen it.
If no, publish an assessment that says that.
