The system failed the Menendez brothers. People heard their story but nobody LISTENED to it. They were hurt, and scared, and everyone would’ve done it. I would have, you would have, anybody would have. These boys served their time. They stayed in jail long enough. It is time to free them. It is completely unfair they grew up the way they did and get this. By all means they are not innocent, they did murder their parents no doubt about it. I am not saying they are innocent. Nevertheless, neither are their parents. If you’ve done your research you know that they have tried to run away, ask for help, anything you name it. It is unfair for any human to go through this. Every child is deserving of love. A baby cannot hate their parents, without their parents hating them first. Their mother is where is begins. They were in war. Their relationship was hatred. They searched for their father’s love in every corner of that house, of his body, of the world. It’s not a child’s job to heal their wounded parents. The thing about a mothers hate is that a mothers hate is not that different from a mothers love. Don’t think of them as men, think of the 6, and 7, and 8, and all the ages up until 16 that were molested, and beaten, and afraid. If you want to make a difference, sign my petition to not only reopen this case, but finally… finally. Free the Menendez Brothers.
