A long long time ago, in August 1992, Mall of America opened it's Doors 30 years ago. And with that, the Marshall's store opened along with the opening of MOA 30 years ago on the 3rd floor.

 

But sadly, Marshall's in Mall of America closed due to the Company assessing and reviewing real estate strategies on January 23rd, 2023 and in two months on January 23rd 2026 also marks the 3 Year Anniversary when the Store closed Almost three years ago in January 2023.

 

I was happy with planning to visit the Mall of America for the past two trips to Mall of America but I never realized back when I was younger that there was a Marshall's on the 3rd floor. 

 

Sadly, When I found out that The Marshall's in Mall of America on the 3rd floor closed permanently on the Marshall's Website, I was shocked, but only momentarily. but was instantly replaced with anger. whoever was closing Marshall's stores had sick pleasure in closing stores and not thinking about what it does to the employees. It's forces them to be out of a job, and then those people are forced to find other jobs inside Mall of America or elsewhere in the United States.

 

It is time we, The Undersigned, ask Ernie Hermann (the CEO of Marshall's) to reopen the Marshall's inside Mall of America on the Third floor and rehire the Former employees and ask for him to make the Right Choice permanently for the Company and Make the right decision to make everyone happy once more.

 

Dear CEO Ernie Hermann: your decision was evil and greedy. you put a thousand employees of every Marshalls Location out of a job that are not happy. you chose to listen to the worse parts of yourself last January. THAT is where your impact on us, the Undersigned, stops. You will take nothing more from any Marshall's store. You will not close any Marshall's store ever Again.  We the undersigned are Giving You One. More. Chance. Do not screw this opportunity up again.  

 

Also We the undersigned, ask TJX Inc (the company that owns Marshalls) and fire Ernie Hermann from the Company by late 2026 and hire a actual CEO that has the right skills and actually knows what to do every moment of the day and be praised for it with love and respect every. Single. Time.

Please Join me as we fight against an outrageous CEO called Ernie Hermann and stop him from closing any well future performing Marshall's that still exist in the USA.
