Timothy Charles Lee was a  half Black, half Native American gay man. He was a successful fashion design student who was on track to study at Milan, Italy, one of the prominent fashion powerhouses in the world. Timothy and his mother would participate in the early 70s occupation of Alcatraz. He was on his way to Oakland when he fell asleep on the BART train and missed his connection. He was unable to secure a ride home. He was on the last station at CONCORD BART when his body was discovered hanging from a tree roughly two miles away from where two Black men were attacked. The police will not protect us. It's Important for, black, gay, Jewish, lesbian, labor, leftist, Chicano, Latin American, Asian American, Native American ,disabled, and all people who are targets of Klan and Nazi terror, to organizations, organize together to defend ourselves, our and our communities. We must hold the Concord Police Department accountable for their mishandling and cover-up of this case and bring justice once and for all to Timothy Charles Lee and our community.
