Thirty years ago on Halloween night; beloved actor, musician and activist River Phoenix died outside The Viper Room. It was reported that he died of an overdose at his own hands.  There is an enormous amount of evidence that foul play was involved and that it was covered up. He never got the justice he deserved. This petition is created to bring River the justice that is long overdue.
