Sign this petition:

1) Demand that DA Buffalo office reopen the grand jury not in secret to indict the Tyler's killer based on all the evidence.

2) Demand the Department of Justice investigate the DA Buffalo office for discrimination.  DA John Flynn admitted to being racist on camera during this investigation.  Also Tyler's family has not been able to receive the name of the killer in order to file a separate wrongful death lawsuit.
