Hello! RHEG has come incredibly far so far this year and we have grown from 1,000 supporters to 1,700 supporters in less than 4 months. To put this in contrast, last year between January and April we grew about 100 supporters. Before I go into detail, I want to say thank you, and I can't wait to see where we get to during the next 8 months! Over the past couple of weeks, RHEG has been working on an interim proposal for DFDS. We have been working on a proposal to divert a weekly service of the Newcastle to Amsterdam route to Esbjerg. This would run between April and October and the primary goal is to eventually harvest the growth of that to bring a new fixed link between Harwich and Esbjerg. I have published the document on RHEG's Facebook group and it is editable for anyone to change and modify. We have just finished the first round of editing but now I ask the other 1,350 of you to join the Facebook group to modify it! It is just simply things like any opinions you want to add etc... After you have edited it and we have all the versions in, I will be sticking them all together, and post the final edition to the group (if you don't have facebook email me at petition@britishflyers.com) I will start a vote to decide if we go forward with the proposal or not.
